UNION HOUSE. The 1870-1871 Dubuque City Directory gave the address of this business as east side of Couler between 19th and Eagle Point Avenue.
The 1874-1875 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located on the south side of Delhi and west of Grandview Avenue.
The 1909 Dubuque City Directory gave the address of this business as 1956 Couler.
