OLIVER & CRAGIN. The 1867 Dubuque City Directory gave the address for this business as the northeast corner of Iowa and 9th.
The 1868 Guide, Gazetteer and Directory of the Dubuque & Soux (sic) City Railroad stated that this business was located at the corner of 9th and Iowa.
The 1874-1875 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located at 938 White.
Apparently the company returned to its former address. In 1880 and 1883 the company was again listed at 9th and Iowa.
