PFAB, Sally A. (Dubuque, IA, Jan. 23, 1931--Dubuque, IA, May 22, 2010). Athlete. Pfab, a charter member of the Women's Recreation Association, started junior bowling in Dubuque and was inducted into the Bowling Hall of Fame in 1996. She was also the first female stock car driver at the Old Sports Bowl and enjoyed competitive roller skating and playing softball on the DuPaco championship team.
