KAUFMANN, Joseph K. (Dubuque, IA, Mar. 16, 1858--Dubuque, IA, Sept. 1, 1929). Supervisor. A member of the Dubuque County Board of Supervisors for sixteen months, Kaufmann was appointed to the position and took office on August 22, 1912, after Joseph Connolly died.
