Richardson served Mercy Health Center as its principal officer from 1977 to 1981. He had taught at BAYLESS COMMERCIAL COLLEGE in Dubuque from 1948 to 1950 and was associated with FARLEY AND LOETSCHER MANUFACTURING COMPANY in Dubuque from 1950 to 1962 in a variety of positions.
