He moved to Toledo, Ohio and worked three years for the Pope Automobile Company. In 1907 Robinson entered the real estate field and for over fifteen years was one of the leading individuals in the handling of downtown real estate transactions. In 1922 Robinson organized the Guaranty Bond & Mortgage Company.
