BOWERS, Darlene Cottingham. (Dubuque, IA, June 10, 1949-- ). From 1968 to 1978, she was employed in the Purchasing Department of the JOHN DEERE DUBUQUE WORKS.
Bowers served as president of Kids for Dubuque, Inc. from 1984 to 1991. She also served on the board of AREA RESIDENTIAL CARE, INC. from 1978 to 1993.
