RANDALL, Job Sherman.(Washington Co., NY, 1816--Dubuque, IA, Aug. 14, 1891). Randall moved to Chicago in 1836 to Dubuque in 1860. In association with Christopher PELAN, Randall bought Dubuque's first sawmill which had been constructed in 1847 by the Gibbs Brothers.
