Graham, Ralph T. (Cascade, IA, Jan. 25, 1913--Dubuque, IA, July 25, 1997). Once the state director of this district for the Iowa Beer Wholesalers, Graham was a former vice president on the board of directors of the Truck Drivers Local 421.  He was first employed at [[H & W MOTOR EXPRESS]], but later owned and operated Graham Distributing Company.
