LEITNER, Jim. (Dubuque, IA-- ). A graduate of STEPHEN HEMPSTEAD HIGH SCHOOL and LORAS COLLEGE, Leitner worked with TH Media' for twenty-seven years, including seventeen years as sports editor as of 2015. In that year the Iowa High School Athletic Association honored him with its News Media Award recognizing his contributions to the success of interscholastic athletic programs and other activities.
