PRICE, Jay. (Dubuque, IA--Dubuque, IA, Nov. 11, 1988). Between 1914 and 1932 Price competed as an area wrestler at 142 pounds. He was trained by the legendary H. A. "Heinie" ENGEL.

Although he never won a championship, Price carried his knowledge into teaching young wrestlers at the DUBUQUE BOYS' CLUB and had his students perform before local clubs.
