FISCHER, Louis. (Bayern (Bavaria),September 1837--Dubuque, IA, Nov. 13, 1875). Businessman. Fischer came to Dubuque in 1856. Upon his death, Louis Fischer's business interests were carried on by his wife, Caroline FISCHER.
