HARNEY & O'CONNOR. Harney and O'Connor, both former employees of Augustin A. COOPER opened their wagon manufacturing plant on the corner of Locust and Second streets in 1876. The 1878-79 Dubuque City Directory listed the southwest corner of Locust and 2nd.
The 1880 Dubuque City Directory indicated that this business was located at 195 Locust.
