J & R TAP. The building was Charles Giese's Repair Shop in 1939, the year it was renovated to Frank Nelson's bar. From 1941-42 it was Charles R. Nelson's bar and then Frank Mangino's in 1945. The establishment was operated by Joe Hillard from 1951-1957, J & R Tap from 1972-1974, Jerry's Tap from 1977-1989, and Jimmy B's in 1993. (1)
