C.H. EIGHMEY HOME. Charles H. EIGHMEY was the president of FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF DUBUQUE and trustee of ST. LUKE'S UNITED METHODIST CHURCH. The home he had constructed in 1900 was in the form of QUEEN ANNE ARCHITECTURE.
