RUSSELL AND REEVES. The firm of Russell and Reeves received the appointment as the official printers for the Iowa Territorial Council. In 1839 they printed the ''Journal of the Council of the First Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Iowa'' which was held in Burlington, Iowa in November, 1838.
