GARTNER, Edmund. (Dubuque, IA, Jan. 20, 1913--Houston, TX, Nov. 11, 1988). Gartner was a former pressman at the Telegraph-Herald. (1) He founded the GARTNER PRINTING COMPANY in 1949 and retired in 1977.
