In 1872 [[BAULE AND MICHELS]] dissolved their partnership in the business. W. Baule remained the sole owner while Michels purchased the bar on the corner of Clay and 8th. (1)

NEW HARMONY HALL. New Harmony Hall, according to the 1865 Dubuque City Directory, was located at the corner of Tenth and Clay STREETS.

In 1872 BAULE AND MICHELS dissolved their partnership in the business. W. Baule remained the sole owner while Michels purchased the bar on the corner of Clay and 8th. (1)

The 1874-1875 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located at 1026 Clay.

The 1878-79 Dubuque City Directory listed 1006 Clay.

The 1886-87 through 1890-91 Dubuque City Directory listed the corner of 10th and Clay.
