LEOPOLD, Donovan O. ("Don") (Lincoln, NB, 1926--Sun City, AZ, Jan. 15, 1987). Leopold served as the executive director, N.E. Iowa Council of the BOY SCOUTS of America (1950-1959). One of the region's most decorated scouting officials, he received the Silver Beaver Award for volunteer scouting in 1967. (1)
