He served on many boards and organizations, including the Tri-State Health Care Coalition, Dubuque Civil Service Commission, Upholsterer's Credit Union, Dubuque Area Labor Management Council and its Community Advisor and Scholarship/Grants Committee, United Way and as a union counselor. FEEHAN, James.
