RANDALL, Leroy D. (Washington Co., NY, Sept. 25, 1818--Dubuque, IA, June 17, 1891). Leroy D. Randall was the owner of [[L. D. (1) He established the business on Main Street in 1846 making it was the oldest firms of its type in Dubuque. (2)
Beginning in 1861, Randall was a business associate of John THOMPSON.
Randall served as vice-president of the LINWOOD CEMETERY Association. He was a director in the COMMERCIAL NATIONAL BANK and the IOWA TRUST AND SAVINGS BANK, served one term as alderman and was a prominent member of the BOARD OF TRADE. (3)
