MOZENA, Merlin. (Dubuque, IA, Jan. 7, 1923--Dubuque, IA, July 14, 1991). A general contractor for twenty-five years, Mozena was a director and past president of the Dubuque Home Builders Association. At the time of his death, he was serving on the Dubuque County Fair Board of Directors and was a trustee of the Center Township Board of Directors. He had been a 4-H leader for many years.
