WAGNER, Delbert. (Dubuque, IA, Sept. 15, 1912--Dubuque, IA, June 15, 1987). Wagner owned Wagner's Nursery for many years. He donated all the trees on the Main Street of Asbury and to the Asbury City Park where a pavilion was named in his honor. He also made contributions to the DUBUQUE ARBORETUM AND BOTANICAL GARDENS.
