LEIBOLD, Thomas F. "Tom." (East Dubuque, IL- July 30, 1931--Dubuque, IA, Aug. 23, 2015). The son of Edward and Angeline (Sherman) Leibold, Tom served in the U. S. Army from 1955 to 1957.
Leibold was a realtor from 1960 until his retirement in 2008, concentrating on farm and commercial sales and development in Dubuque, East Dubuque, around Iowa and Minnesota.
