ZUCCARO, Anne. (Dubuque, IA- ). Executive Director, [[DUBUQUE GIRLS' CLUB]]. Zuccaro, a graduate of St. Ambrose College in mass communications and public relations, became the executive director of the Dubuque Girls’ Club in May 1990. In the same year she was named the United Way Agency Director of the Year.
