Constructed in 1904, this impressive mansion was owned by Titus E. RHOMBERG in the 1920s and 1930s. Paul Gehrig, a leader in the insurance business in Dubuque, lived in the house in the mid-1950s. William WOODWARD and his family owned the home in the mid-1960s. The original house was enlarged in the 1990s with rooms on the northern side.
