ST. CLOUD. According to the 1857-1858 Dubuque City Directory, this hotel was located on Main from 9th to 10th. The hotel was not yet opened at the printing of the directory.
ST. CLOUD. According to the 1857-1858 Dubuque City Directory, this hotel was located on Main from 9th to 10th. When finished, the hotel was 113 x 194 feet and five stories high with 200 rooms and nine store rooms.
 
In January, 1858 the hotel burned.  It had cost $95,000 to build and was insured for $80,000.

ST. CLOUD. According to the 1857-1858 Dubuque City Directory, this hotel was located on Main from 9th to 10th. When finished, the hotel was 113 x 194 feet and five stories high with 200 rooms and nine store rooms.

In January, 1858 the hotel burned. It had cost $95,000 to build and was insured for $80,000.
