LEOPOLD, Donovan O. ("Don")  (Lincoln, NB, 1926-Sun City, AZ, Jan. IS, 1987). Executive Director, N.E. Iowa Council of the BOY SCOUTS of America (1950-1959). One of the region's most decorated scouting officials, Leopold received the Silver Beaver Award for volunteer scouting in 1962. He also received the Jaycee's Al Dupont Award for community service and leadership. In 1976, Leopold received the International Golden Coin Award as co-author of Dubuque Folklore.
