TC NETWORKS. TC Networks was established in 1998 as Tyson Computing, a technology service agent for small businesses. The company expanded into a technology consulting company servicing businesses nationwide.
In August 2008, the company relocated from its original location in Darlington, Wisconsin to the Warehouse District in Dubuque at 862 White Street.
