HENRY P. LEMPER. The 1909 Dubuque City Directory through the 1915 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located at 2938 Jackson.
The 1918 Dubuque City Directory listed the address as 2938-40 Jackson. This was the first time the grocery was mentioned.
