MEL'S CARPET OUTLET. Located in 2011 at 3120 Cedar Cross Court, Mel's Carpet Outlet was founded in 1995 by Mel Matous. The company offered such floor coverings as carpet, ceramic, durastone, laminate, hardwoods, or congoleum and window treatments. Cost savings for the customer were due to the Outlet's buying power as part of the largest national franchise, Floors To Go, a division of Abbey Carpet and Floor.
