BROADHURST, John G. (England, Aug. 29, 1827-- ). Contractor and builder. Broadhurst came to the United States in 1848 and Dubuque in 1852. He began contracting at this time and formed a partnership known as Biles and Broadhurst at 478 Fifteenth Street.
