SCIENTIFIC SOCIETY OF DUBUQUE COLLEGE AND SEMINARY. Scientific organization. The first meeting of the Scientific Society was held on October 19, 1916. All of the meetings were open to the public.
A lecture by a subject matter expert was followed by a discussion by the members. An article in the TELEGRAPH HERALD stated that topics of future meetings included "Mental Measurement" and "Work in the Government Experiment Stations."
