DUBUQUE BASEBALL AND AMUSEMENT COMPANY. The corporation began business on January 20, 1915 and was chartered to continue business for twenty years. Planned to carry out business in Dubuque, Iowa its object was to maintain a baseball team for the City of Dubuque and the promotion of amusement projects for amusement and profit.
