KISTING, V. Voggenthaler. (Dubuque, IA, Sept. 5, 1911- ). President, E. J. Voggenthaler Company. Kisting, granddaughter of E. J. Voggenthaler, the company's founder, worked in the company's office from 1928 to 1941 and then returned in 1961. In 1966 she became president.
