MILLER, Raymond J. (Dubuque, IA, Aug. 16, 1920--Dubuque, IA, Jan. 9, 1990). State Representative. Miller, the first Republican elected by Dubuque County, served in the Iowa House of Representatives from 1967 through 1968. Miller also served on the Dubuque County Conservation Society and was a director and president of the Center Township School Board.
