HOME FLOURING MILLS. In 1867, Home Mills was owned by John GLAB. The capital invested in the company totaled $10,000 and a "light business" was done that year. The firm employed eight people. (1)

The 1870-1871 Dubuque City Directory gave the address of this business as 9th near Elm.

The 1874-1875 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located at the southwest corner of 9th and Pine.
