DUBUQUE CONTAINER COMPANY. Successor of the Dubuque Corrugated Box Company.  In June of 1937 space was leased in the Brunswick Industrial Block (3800 Jackson) and machinery was installed.  Operations began with seven employees making shipping cases to order for Dubuque industries.  Production of folding cartons began in the fall of 1938, and the company changed its name to the Dubuque Container Company.
