Gisel, Henry. (Dubuque, IA, Feb. 15, 1878--Sageville, IA, Oct. 23, 1931). Gisel, a farmer and businessman, was instrumental in the incorporation of Sageville.

In 1924 he was one of the hosts for beekeepers in the county at meetings held by the Dubuque County Farm Bureau. Among topics discussed were closer co-operation among beekeepers and better selling methods.
