WILBERDING, Henry. (Holdorf, Oldenburg, Germany, May 31, 1865--Dubuque, IA, Sept. 10, 1942). Wilberding established the Wilberding Tailoring and Cleaning Business in Dubuque in 1889.
Wilberding served as the treasurer of the local Boy Scout Council for many years. In 1941, the Northeast Iowa Council recognized him with a 20-year Veteran pin for his service. He was presented with the highest award a local Scout Council can present, the Silver Beaver award, in 1935.
