DUBUQUE...AND ALL THAT JAZZ. Appealing to the interest expressed locally in music, DUBUQUE MAIN STREET, LTD. annually hosted a free summer concert series. Renamed in 2020 "Music on Main," the event's opening in 2020 was delayed until July 17th and August 14th due to the PANDEMIC. (1)
