The Bellevue operation opened a second site in Dubuque in 1957 taking over the International Harvester franchize from J.J. Behr. ROEDER BROTHERS INC. In 1938 brothers Harry, Floyd, and Kenneth Roeder began Roeder Brothers Inc. in Bellevue, Iowa. The Bellevue operation opened a second site in Dubuque in 1957 taking over the International Harvester franchize from J.J. Behr.
