MEYER, Donald. (Dubuque, IA, Mar. 29, 1920--Havasu City, AZ, Dec. 20, 2000). Meyer worked for Fischer, Inc. in Dubuque for more than twenty-five years and managed a successful cold storage facility for the firm.

Meyer was one of the early investors in Lake Havasu when he purchased property there in 1963. He spent at least three weeks there annually until 1985 when he permanently moved to Lake Havasu City upon his retirement.

At Lake Havasu, Meyer served on the planning and zoning commission and was president of the Stonebridge Homeowners Association.
