The 1874-1875 through 1880 Dubuque City Directory gave 359 Main as the address of a billiards/pool hall at 359 Main.
According to the 1878-79 through 1883 Dubuque City Directory, he operated a bar/billards hall at 351 Main.
The 1884-1885 and 1890-91 Dubuque City Directory gave 403 4th as the address of his meat market. 351 Main was the location of the bar.
