WILSON, Eugene J. (Council Bluffs, IA, Sept. 22, 1918--Dubuque, IA, Sept. 1, 2014). The son of Edward John and JoHannah (Ryan) Wilson, Eugene was an automobile dealer for fifty-eight years in Rock Island, Illinois, Davenport, and Dubuque.
