STEUER, Robert C. (Dubuque, IA, Jan. 2, 1923--Dubuque, IA, Oct. 1, 2010). Steuer was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagle Club Aerie 568 for more than forty years. He served as past president, zone officer, and National REAC chairman.
Steuer was also a member of the Iowa State Eagles Hall of Fame and the Iowa State Eagles Bowling Hall of Fame.
