SPIRITUAL SCIENCE HALL.   The 1934 ''Dubuque City Directory'' listed 236 1/2 W. 9th.
SPIRITUAL SCIENCE HALL. Located in the [[FACADE BUILDING]], the hall was used by the Spiritual Science Society of Dubuque for meetings and programs. In October, 1921 Otto von Bourg, regarded as "one of the leading spiritualists of the country" demonstrated reading sealed questions. He acted as spirit medium at the State Spiritualist Association of Iowa meeting held in Cedar Rapids. (1)
 
In 1925 Mrs. Catherine McFarlin, "Spiritualist lecturer and message bearer" who conducted classes in spiritual unfoldment at the Mississippi Valley Spiritualist Association Convocation in Clinton visited the hall on her way home to LaCrosse, Wisconsin. (2)

SPIRITUAL SCIENCE HALL. Located in the FACADE BUILDING, the hall was used by the Spiritual Science Society of Dubuque for meetings and programs.
