INN PLAZA. In 1978 Inn Plaza was an $840,000 development by the owners of the Ramada Inn. Located at U.S. 20 West, between Cedar Cross Road and Wacker Drive, Inn Plaza had 48,000 square feet of retail and office space ready for occupancy on August 1, 1978. Among the first tenants were House of Travel, Associates Financial Services, Toy Chest Ltd., and New Breed Designers. (1) In 2007 the tenants Quizno's, Mr. Quix, and New Breed Design.
