WAHLERT, Robert C. II. (Dubuque, IA-- ). The son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Henry WAHLERT and grandson of Robert C. WAHLERT, Robert graduated from Babson College and became an assistant product product manager of Frito-Lay Inc. of Dallas, Texas around 1985.

In 2001 he managed Shanghai Hormel Foods Co. Hewitt Associates, Asian Wall Street Journal, and Far Eastern Economic Review ranked the top ten employers in China and the top twenty in Asia. The company for which Wahlert worked was ranked the eighth-best employer in China and the 18th best in Asia. The study interviewed and surveyed more than 92000 employees in ten Asian countries. Companies participating all had more than 100 employees and represented 26 industries.
