KREMER, Ralph P. (Racine, WI, May 6, 1914--Dubuque, IA, Jan. 16, 2004). Kremer was the bass player in the CEDAR VALLEY COWBOYS, a group he started in the 1930s. For many years be played the Cordavox, an electric accordion, for the Bill Mann Band.
